Terms of service

These terms cover your GEOrginetta subscription: who provides the service, what you may use it for, and how the subscription and payments work.

Who provides GEOrginetta

GEOrginetta is developed and operated by Gotoclient SLU, trading as Gotoclient. You contract with Gotoclient SLU for this GEO advisory service. By continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Access costs EUR 49 per month and renews monthly until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues through your paid period.
Paddle’s Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms govern payment, billing, taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics. Our refund policy explains the refund request period.

Do not use the service unlawfully, for fraud, spam, intellectual-property infringement, malware, security probing or unauthorised scraping. Do not circumvent safeguards, jailbreak the service or generate illegal content, deceptive deepfakes or hateful content.
Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for your prompts, the rights to content you submit, and how you use and verify outputs.

Gotoclient SLU and its licensors retain ownership of the service, software, documentation, knowledge base and branding. We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your access period.
You retain your rights to inputs. As between you and Gotoclient SLU, you may use outputs to the extent permitted by law; outputs may not be unique or protectable. You grant us permission to process your inputs solely to provide and secure the service.
Rights holders can report alleged infringement through https://gotoclient.com/en/contact_gotoclient/, identifying the material and their rights. We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts for repeated infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete; verify important claims and sources. The service does not guarantee AI citations, rankings or commercial results.
Outputs are not a substitute for regulated legal, financial, medical or other professional advice without qualified oversight.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risks, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where appropriate we will explain the reason.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
